Sabrina & Trey: A Winter Wedding Full of Heart
Some weddings are about more than just a beautiful ceremony and reception—they’re about connection, trust, and the joy of creating something unforgettable together. Sabrina and Trey’s winter-inspired wedding was one of those extraordinary celebrations that reminded us exactly why we do what we do.
From the start, Sabrina, Trey, and Sabrina’s mom, Pam, had a clear vision: a classy winter wedding filled with evergreens, deep forest hues, and that unmistakable feeling of being “home.” Together, we set out to design an event that balanced this elegant vision with the practicalities of budget and logistics—a journey that took a full year of honest conversations, creative compromises, and plenty of heartfelt planning sessions.
As wedding planners, one of our greatest privileges is walking alongside our couples and their families through the highs, the challenges, and the moments of clarity that shape a wedding day. With Sabrina and Trey, that journey blossomed into a true partnership. Their openness, humor, and trust—especially through the more difficult planning moments—allowed us to create something deeply personal and stunningly beautiful.
The big day? Pure magic. Picture a reception space filled with towering trees, warm candlelight, and lush greenery, all coming together to feel like an enchanted winter lodge. The highlight of the night came when Sabrina and Trey stepped into their reception room for the first time—eyes filled with tears and awe. That moment alone made every step of the journey worth it.
But perhaps our favorite memory? Pam’s “mom room reveal.” We’ll never forget the look on her face—completely awestruck and emotional, seeing her daughter’s dream brought to life. As a fun surprise, we let Pam wear a planner headset for a few minutes (something she’d always secretly dreamed of), and seeing her light up with joy in that moment was everything. It reminded all of us why weddings are about so much more than the details—they’re about family, celebration, and the love that brings everyone together.
We walked away from this wedding not just proud of what we created, but grateful. Grateful to have made true friends in Sabrina, Trey, and Pam. Grateful to be trusted with something so meaningful. And grateful to witness a wedding day that was, without a doubt, just as full of heart as it was of beauty.
