OSM Holiday Party: An Action Packed Night in Gotham City

What a heroic night! It was our absolute pleasure to work with OneStaff Medical for the third year in a row for their Annual Holiday Celebration, and what a super year this one was!

Our dream team assembled to create a one-of-a-kind experience for guests inspired by the colorful and gritty world of comic books and pop art. Custom luminaries that reimagined the leadership team as superheroes, a “create your own comic” photo booth, and a pop art mosaic dance floor featuring the company’s core values all united to drop attendees into the world of their favorite heroes and villains.

If that wasn’t enough, the evening’s programming culminated in an action packed choreographed fight scene, with performance artists duking it out around the room and onto a two-story scaffolding structure, where finally our hero announced the 2024 Employee of the Year. The energy in the room was palpable as our hero finally triumphs, and then the whole group won with a beloved team member being recognized for their contributions to company morale and culture.

One of OneStaff Medical’s company values is “Be Hungry”, and that kind of mentality deeply resonates with the work we do here at 402 Events. We get the gift of working with and producing an incredible occasion for OSM once a year, and each year we work to one-up our previous selves, and to be even hungrier when we the next year rolls around.
