Today, we’re pulling back the curtain to introduce you to the faces (and magic-makers) behind the scenes. Whether you’ve worked with us before or are just getting to know us, we’re excited for you to meet the passionate professionals who bring joy, creativity, and precision to every event!
Our planning and design team is the heart of the client experience. They’re the ones you’ll see on-site, guiding you through planning meetings, design concepts, and the big day itself. Marley, Alex, Lauren, and Makayla strive for groundbreaking ideas, flawless execution, and unmatched energy in every moment of the event planning process. While each individual shines in different arenas, it’s the collaboration amongst the front of house team that enables us to curate meaningful moments and intricate designs for an unparalleled experience.
Meanwhile, our production team keeps everything humming behind the scenes. From installing elegant draping and dynamic lighting to crafting custom builds that transform spaces, this crew brings creative visions to life. Nick takes the lead on client and vendor communications, ensuring everyone’s on the same page, while Kel handles the logistics and design, turning concepts into reality. It’s a balance of accuracy, imagination, and hustle—exactly what great events are made of.
And of course none of it would be possible without Steven who started it all 9 years ago. (Read more about our origin story here!) From launching the company to managing high-scale logistics, he works diligently across planning and production to keep everything running smoothly. His attention to detail and relentless work ethic set the tone for the entire team. What started as a dream has grown into a thriving operation, and he’s still in the thick of it every day, pushing to make the company bigger, better, and bolder (or as he’d say, “more epic”).
