The Desire Package
Partial planning services for the day of the event
Up to 2 Event Coordinators on-site for day-of coordination services (maximum of 10 hours per coordinator)
Up to 2 Event Coordinators on-site for event rehearsal
(maximum of one hour per coordinator or one additional hour on-site the day-of)
Up to 6 one hour long consultations beginning 4 months prior to event date (including one at venue)
Exclusive access to our unique planning platforms

Services included in this package (but not limited to):
• Vendor coordination and logistics
• Prepare detailed day-of timeline
• Design of floor plans and layouts
• Event design assistance and implementation
• Everything included in the Wish Package

The Wish Package
Day-of coordination services that begin 60 days prior
1 Event Coordinator on-site for day-of coordination services (maximum of 10 hours)
1 Event Coordinator on-site for event rehearsal (maximum of one hour or can have one additional hour on-site day-of)
2 one-hour long consultations prior to event date
Email and phone contact
Exclusive access to our unique planning platforms

Day-of event tasks include (but not limited to):
• Assistance with creating day of timeline
• Running of processional and recessional
• Decor install/take down
• Execution of wedding timeline
• Advice on protocol and etiquette
• Payment/gratuity distribution
• Gathering of all gifts, valuables, and decor items to be placed into a predetermined vehicle or location
• Ensuring all rules and regulations are followed at venue

Event Designer Package
Assist with and execute event decor and design
1 Event Assistant on-site for install of event decor (maximum of 3 hours)
1 Event Assistant on-site for tear down of event decor (maximum of 3 hours and up to midnight)
2 one-hour long consultations prior to event date

A) Full service planning and execution for up to 4 company meetings + 2 social events
B) Full service planning and execution for up to 2 large events that are each up to 3 days long + 1 social event

• Everything in the Platinum & Gold Packages
• Designated planning team for 12 consecutive months
• Designated team of event staff on the day-of for execution of any event/meeting
• Exclusive access to our unique planning platforms
• Unlimited meetings

Two plan options (choose one):
A) Full service planning and execution for up to 2 company meetings + 1 social event
B) Full service planning and execution for up to 1 large event that is up to 3 days long + 1 social event

Services included in this package (but not limited to):
• Designated planner for 6 consecutive months
• 8 one hour long meetings with planning team
• 1 designated event planner and 2 event assistants on the day-of for execution of any event/meeting
(maximum of 12 consecutive hours for each employee)
• Everything in the Gold Package

Planning and execution for 1 company meeting or social event
1 designated event planner + 1 event assistant for day-of execution
(maximum of 12 consecutive hours for each staff member)
4 one-hour long meetings with event planner

Services included in this package (but not limited to):
• Creation and execution of the logistical event timeline and any other necessary documents for the day
• Organization of staff/company committee and delegation of tasks
• Contracting of all vendors (including venue)
• Event design & execution
• Decor install/take down
• Advice on protocol and etiquette
• Collection of all company-owned items at end of event
• Ensuring that all rules and regulations are followed by all staff and attendees
