THE DESIRE PACKAGE
Up to 2 Event Coordinators on-site for day-of coordination services (maximum of 10 hours per coordinator)
Up to 2 Event Coordinators on-site for event rehearsal
(maximum of one hour per coordinator or one additional hour on-site the day-of)
Up to 6 one hour long consultations beginning 6 months prior to event date (including one at venue)

• Assistance with final logistics including vendor coordination
• Prepare detailed day-of timeline
• Design of floor plans and layouts
• Event design assistance and implementation
• Assistance with day-of stationary
• Assistance with sourcing items/service needs

THE WISH PACKAGE
Up to 2 Event Coordinators on-site for day-of coordination services (maximum of 10 hours) *per staff member
Up to 2 Event Coordinators on-site for event rehearsal (maximum of one hour or can have one additional hour on-site day-of)
2 one-hour long consultations prior to event date

• Assistance with creation of the day-of timeline
• Running of processional and recessional
• Decor install/take down
• Execution of wedding timeline
• Advice on protocol and etiquette
• Payment/gratuity distribution
• Gathering of all gifts, valuables, and decor items to be placed into a predetermined vehicle or location
• Ensuring all rules and regulations are followed at venue
EVENT DESIGNER PACKAGE
Up to 2 Event Assistants on-site for install of event decor (maximum of 3 hours) *per staff member
Up to 2 Event Assistants on-site for tear down of event decor (maximum of 3 hours and up to midnight) *per staff member
Up to four one-hour long consultations prior to event date
